Erectile Dysfunction

Our accredited pharmacists are able to prescribe sildenafil for erectile dysfunction for men aged between 35 – 70 years who meet specific assessment criteria. Have a confidential, no obligation consultation with our qualified pharmacist in our private consulting room. A pharmacist assessment is only required once a year. If passed a maximum of 12 sildenafil tablets can be purchased upon return visit to the pharmacy for the following 12 months.

Urinary Tract Infection

Our pharmacists at are accredited with the NZ College of Pharmacists to provide Trimethoprim for Urinary Tract Infections.
​If you are unsure of your symptoms or suspect you may be showing the first signs of a urinary tract infection, you may be able to get effective treatment straightaway.

Vaccinations

A number of vaccinations are now available  to keep you and your family/whanau protected. We offer Flu vaccines, the Whooping Cough vaccine (for adults), Meningococcal Disease vaccine (to people 16 years and over) and the Shingles vaccine to people 50 years and over. It’s a convenient and easily accessible service available without an appointment.

Stop smoking

Our pharmacist or registered nurse will have a free one on one consultation with you to develop a personalised quit plan in our private consulting room.
We can give you access to nicotine replacement patches, gum and lozenges and show you how to use them.
​All patches, gums and patches are fully funded. Our pharmacist or registered nurse will provide ongoing support and advice while you attempt to quit.

Emergency contraception

If you are worried about contraceptive failure, or have recently had unprotected sex, the risk of pregnancy can be reduced by taking the emergency contraceptive pill (ECP) within 72 hours.
This is most effective the sooner it is taken and can be supplied by our accredited Pharmacist fully funded and free of charge if you are under 25 years of age, however it can still be supplied for those over 25 years of age at a small cost.
​Our accredited pharmacists are trained to give you advice, and if it is suitable, supply you with the emergency contraceptive pill (ECP). Our pharmacist will talk to you in a private area about whether this is the right option for you.

Opening hours

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm.
We are not open on weekends or public holidays.
To make things more convenient for people that are unable to come in to collect prescriptions in person we are pleased to offer deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Please note requests for deliveries must be received before mid-day.
